To establish and develop joint cooperation between Imam Training & Development and Islamic Charitable Art Foundation for Development, and for further joint cooperation in providing educational and training programs and projects related to imams, preachers, mosque managers, and Islamic centre directors.

To provide mutual consulting services and benefit from educational, academic, administrative, and technical expertise between the parties, which will be mentioned in the terms of this agreement.
