A Memorandum of Understanding between IMAM and Council on Islamic Relations of Canada

With the grace and guidance of Allah, a cooperation agreement has been successfully concluded between the Imam Institute for Training and Development and the Canadian Islamic Relations Center. The agreement was signed between the two institutions after reaching consensus on the general terms.

This agreement falls within the framework of bilateral cooperation between the two institutions, where both parties will collaborate in various areas including training of imams, preachers, mosque managers, and Islamic institutions. It is anticipated that this collaboration will contribute to enhancing the scholarly and practical capabilities of the preachers, and will open up new horizons for both institutions.

Commenting on this initiative, Dr. Mohammed Ali Belaou, the President of the Imam Institute for Training and Development, expressed his delight in cooperating with the Canadian Islamic Relations Center, emphasizing the importance of exchanging experiences and constructive collaboration in achieving the goals of development and training in the field of inviting to Allah and preparing imams and preachers.

On his part, Mr. Abdulhamid Jawad Al-Omari, the President of the Canadian Islamic Relations Center, expressed his pleasure in collaborating with the Imam Institute, affirming the importance of building strong partnerships to enhance progress and development in the Islamic and missionary community.
