A Memorandum of Understanding between Imam and the Supreme Council of Scholars in Burundi ​

By the grace and guidance of Allah, an agreement of cooperation has been successfully concluded between the Imam Training and Development Foundation and the Supreme Council of Scholars in Burundi. The agreement was signed by both institutions after reaching consensus on its general terms.

This agreement is part of a bilateral cooperation between the two organisations, where they will collaborate in various areas, including the training of imams, preachers, mosque managers, and Islamic institutions and centres. It is expected that this collaboration will enhance the knowledge and skills of the preachers, opening new horizons for both institutions.

In response to this development, Dr. Muhammad Ali Balaoo, the President of the Imam Training and Development Foundation expressed his delight at cooperating with the Supreme Council of Scholars in Burundi. He emphasised the importance of exchanging experiences and constructive collaboration in achieving the goals of development and training in the field of calling to Allah and preparing imams and preachers.

On his part, Judge Hassan Nayamuyru, the President of the Supreme Council of Scholars also expressed his happiness in collaborating with the Imam Foundation. He affirmed the significance of building strong partnerships to promote progress and development within the Islamic da'wah community.
